Most cards have two karma cards, one that describes certain negative issues and the other gives you natural gifts. Our first Karma Card tells us the negative issues we’ll be dealing with in our lifetime. Our first Karma card always represents a set of characteristics that we express negatively and need to learn to express more positively over the course of our life. It takes our awareness of this issue so we can work on it. The more self-awareness we practice, the easier it will be for us to take responsibility in expressing the positive side of our negative karma.

The second Karma card is felt more like a gift from the past. We just naturally and unknowingly express the positive side of this card. The positive side of this card is just something that we do well and it helps others usually too.

When I say negative or positive, we must look at this in terms of frequency. Each card can be expressed from a loving or high vibrational place, and that same card can also be expressed from a place of fear or anger, which would be a low vibrational expression. For example, if we took the 8 of Hearts as an example, we would expect a high vibration of this card to be a person that heals using their love, brings a group of people together and does well socially in groups. A negative vibration of the 8 would be forcing or manipulating people and abusing your charm power.

Find your Karma Cards

Use the wheel below to find your Karma Cards. Imagine you locate your card and go counter-clockwise. The card that sits directly behind your card (1 move clockwise) is your positive Karma Card, it gives to you in a counter-clockwise fashion. The card that sits directly to the right or one spot over counter clockwise is the card that you must give to in this life and represents your 1st Karma Card (Negative Karma).

Let’s take an example. If you are an 8 of Hearts, your 1st Karma Card (negative Karma) is the 7 of Spades. You give to this Card and pay rent to it in this lifetime. The Card that gives to the 8 of Hearts is the 7 of Hearts, one position to the left (or clockwise). This is your 2nd Karma Card and your positive Karma.

Interpreting the karma cards

Aces

Aces as Karma cards can signal a fear or need for transformation, or being more concerned about self. If you have the Ace of Spades as your 1st Karma (Negative) you would have a fear of death, or a fear of a certain type of life and death transformation. The 2 of Clubs has the Ace of Spades as their negative Karma and is known as a fear card. The 7 of Hearts has the Ace of Spades as its second Karma, so change and transformation comes easily to these people. The three of hearts has the Ace of Hearts as their first Karma, so they need to learn how to love themselves (Ace) in this life instead of always worrying about if they will have enough love. If the Ace of Diamonds is your first karma, you must learn to have self-worth without needing to look externally; this is the karma of the Ace of hearts. If the Ace of Diamonds is your second Karma, you most likely have a high evaluation of your self worth and do not even have to think about it.

Twos

Having a 2 as a 1st Karma would indicate that you need to develop your compromising skills, and learn how to cooperate with others. The suit will tell you the focus of that partnership. The King of Hearts has a 2 of Clubs 1st Karma. Clubs rules the mind, so the King of Hearts needs to learn not to argue with others and have more mental cooperation. The King of Clubs has a 2 of Spades 1st Karma and needs to learn to have healthy work partnerships that allow for interdependence of each party. The Ace of Diamonds has a 2 of Diamonds 1st Karma that forces them to learn how to cooperate in financial partnerships and not be so self-centered.
