There are two traditional marriage cards. The first one is the 4 of Hearts, and the second one is the Queen of Hearts.
The 4 of Hearts is the traditional marriage card because the 4 Hearts represent satisfaction in love, or a box of love that can represent a home with love. It is a foundation of love that is strong and considered very fruitful. The strongest marriage influence is when you find the 4 of Hearts in your yearly Venus period as well as in your Long Range position for the year.
The Queen of Hearts is the other marriage card as it represents the wife and mother being of service to the family. Although this card being in Venus is the strongest indicator of Marriage, you can find it in other yearly periods which will influence the marriage differently.
Look at the days that have either the 4 of Hearts (10/31, 12/27) as a Birth Card or as the Secondary Birth Card (1/18, 1/29, 4/21, 5/19, 6/6, 7/11, 10/9) for marriage. You can also do the same for the Queen of Hearts days as well.
Other marriage cards
You could look at your spread for other marriage clues. A 10 of Hearts can appear if you are focusing on the actual wedding reception as it represents being in the middle of a large group of people. The 8 of Hearts is similar to this and the 5 of Hearts Long Range could mean that you are changing your relationship, from being single to being married. If you are more concerned with love than marriage, you may look at the 2 of Hearts which is the lovers card that cares much more about the relationship than any wedding.
When to get married by period
The period you get married in will influence how the marriage is perceived by those in it. Note that unless both partners are in the same period, each partner will perceive the marriage differently.
The first thing you want to look for is both partners are either in their 52 day Venus or Jupiter period. These are the best times of the year for a marriage. After this comes Uranus. Mars is a coin flip and should probably be avoided as it rules war and competition.
Venus is considered the most fortunate marriage influence. It is full of love and promise. Jupiter could benefit one, or both partners financially. Being married in Jupiter can bring much wealth to a marriage. There are spiritual blessing as well under Jupiter, so this is seen as a good thing for a marriage.
The Uranus period will make the marriage take on the tone of two very good friends, also this marriage could be unexcepted and sudden. Uranus also gives spiritual tones to the relationship, promoting self-development and a loving union.
Other periods
Mercury: If you are married in Mercury, the marriage could have been unexpected and quick, like a shot gun wedding. It also could be short lived. It’s not advised to get married in Mercury.
Mars: A marriage in Mars could have a lot of stimulation and sex. There is also the possibility of a lot of aggression and fighting. Women seem to do better getting married in Mars than men do.
Saturn: The marriage could be interpreted as a burden under this influence. It requires responsibility, hardship and restriction. This could be a karmic marriage, marked by major lessons to learn. Often times if you are the person that is in their Saturn period, you are karmically indebted to the other person and you are paying back your partner.
Neptune: This marriage could see both partners holding illusions about the other. It can be a romantic and beautiful period to be married in, but usually Neptune does not allow us to see straight, and things are usually too good to be true. It would be advised not to get married in this period as it is difficult to see things clearly.
