SVB Financial Astro-Analysis

Everyone knows the story by now, SVB Financial had a tough day on Friday of last week, failing after a bank run on its deposits. Its charter was revoked and transferred to the FDIC in the second largest bank failure in U.S. history.

Looking at their founding date of 10/17/1983, I wanted to see what their cards looked like leading up to this failure.

First of all, SVB is a 5 of Clubs/Ace of Spades. The 5 of Clubs is a card of adventure, constant change, mental restlessness. They generally do not like commitment because of their need for freedom. They have the 7 of Diamonds in their Jupiter planetary period which means they often have a lot of money, but also often spend it or lose it as fast as they get it. Speculation and gambling should be avoided with this card. They are great at sales because they can relate to many people on their level. Many of their investors were from the tech industry.

The Ace of Spades is the ancient symbol of the Secret mysteries, and the most spiritual card in the deck. They can also be the most materially-oriented card in the deck, as well as the most ambitious. I can appreciate a Bank being founded with this influence. The Ace of Spades is also the Acorn that falls off of a huge oak tree. So these acorns are secrets that have huge potential to bring forth new forms of consciousness.

SVB was in a Saturn Year in their 7 Year Spread.

As if that is not hard enough, they are playing a 5 of Hearts as well as a 9 of Clubs in their Saturn period. The 5 of Hearts in Saturn could be a separation or a divorce and the 9 of Clubs would speak to something of importance coming to an end.

SVB has a long Range Card of the 5 of Hearts this year

The long range is like our overarching goal for the year and generally this card gives us more positives than negatives. They are playing the 5 of Hearts which would speak to many changes for them this year. Divorce or separation is also possible.

SVB is in its Mars Period currently, which rules their yearly Legal Karma

They are in their 52 Day Mars period until 3/23/23, playing the 5 of Hearts/Ace of Clubs with a 6 of Diamonds/3 of Hearts.

The 5 of Hearts/Ace of Clubs in Mars would speak to a Divorce being expensive in a legal setting. The Ace of Clubs gives us the pursuit of knowledge needed to help with a legal proceeding. Additionally this can mean the beginning of a new job. It can also bring a new way of thinking, or bringing forth new knowledge.

The 6 of Diamonds in Mars represents financial debts or karma being reflected back to SVB at this time.

Honesty is their best policy now as all 6s force us to take responsibility for past financial actions. The 6 of Diamonds in Mars also tells us settlements of legal and business debts will happen now and they will get exactly what they deserve. They need to make good on all their promises now in this period. The 3 added on with this card might speak to some financial love triangle or just indecision in general.

Friday March 10th was their Failure day, it was also their Saturn Day!

On Friday, their cards really didn’t seem bad! They were playing a 10 of Clubs/King of Diamonds which would tell us that we will need to do a lot of work to have financial success. The amount of work may not seem worth it, but they can attain it.

However, they were also playing a 3 of Diamonds/7 of Spades on Friday. This is much more problematic and it showed up in their Ace of Spades spread. The 3 of Diamonds brings us excessive worry and indecision to the point of illness or financial problems. Under Saturn, these financial problems are most likely karmic. Pair this influence with the 7 of Spades which is the “health issues” card or “accident” card and you could see that this would be a tough day for anyone! You would want to lay low on this type of day. The 7 of Spades in Saturn would tell us that we are living out of balance and have to pivot and adjust to bring back healthier ways of living or working.

Although it seems unlikely, if this were a person, I would have to tell them that despite all of their challenges, they might find a satisfactory solution for their problems. They have a perfect card that can offset these issues.

In their 7 Year Spread, their 9 of Clubs is paired with a 4 of Spades.

This generally can offset challenging numbers like 9s and leave us with satisfaction in our work. The fours are very strong and can also bring recovery from illness or any other problems. It just takes hard work and discipline.

They also have the Four of Spades as their second long Range card for the year, giving them that year long benefit of overcoming work or “health” obstacles.

I also think their Pluto/Result Cards speak to them overcoming this. I am not sure what this looks like, I am guessing we will find out in the next few days, whether they are bought or bailed out in some way, but they have a Queen of Spades/6 of Diamonds Pluto/Result combo that could represent them working on their internal issues (Queen of Spades) that results in them resolving their Financial obligations somehow (6 of Diamonds). The 6 of Diamonds in a Result position always tells us we will receive the debts we are owed or settle any outstanding financial obligation that we owe to others. The 6 always brings fairness and karma that results in more stable financial conditions and healthier attitudes about money.

Another Theory

Lastly, I have seen it mentioned a few times that the SVB collapse really is being orchestrated to help advance the Central Bank Digital Currency. I do not know enough to comment on that. However, from a cards perspective, I could see where SVB does not interpret these events as that bad due to their 6 of Diamonds Result Card.

Sometimes, when we have a 6 of Diamonds in our Result position for the year, it has a special significance that signals a special mission or purpose in life has been discovered. So this would be seen as a situation where perhaps their mission or purpose was to help bring the advancement of the digital dollar. It’s out there, but just wanted to mention it so that you know the significance of the 6 of Diamonds in that Result position. If you find the 6 there, your life purpose may be discovered by the end of that year.

Looking ahead, SVB enters Jupiter on 3/23 until 5/14.

I would look for things to get better for them in this time period. It’s not like they have great cards, it’s just that Jupiter usually gives us only the good qualities of these cards.

They will be playing the 3 of Diamonds/5 of Diamonds and the 7 of Hearts/7 of Spades in Jupiter.

The 3 of Diamonds can give them financial gains from creativity or from two different forms of business, and the 5 of Diamonds is a really good salesperson that can promote, sell and make money by traveling. Honesty and repayment of debts are also indicated by this influence as the 5 of Diamonds can indicate large sums of money changing hands.

The two 7s to me indicate to me that they will pivot and adjust in order to conquer their problems. The positive side of the 7s are unattached and take a very positive view that helps to to keep the faith and overcome challenges. We shall see!
