If you know your Birth cards, you can get an inside look into some of the health challenges your card faces in your lifepath. We have love/relationships health, mental health and physical health cards. I think it’s important to know what your Saturn and 1st Karma Cards are as well as these are also challenge spot for you and might shed light to the problems you need to work on health-wise.
Love and Relationship Health
If you are looking at any heart cards, they definitely speak to relationships and love, but there are a few that face more challenges than the others. In general, odd number cards will have a more difficult time than even numbered cards.
3 of Hearts: The card of indecision in love
The Three of Hearts struggles in deciding what they love or who they love, and this often turns into them needing a variety of partners. The real issue they face is their 1st Karma card is the Ace of Hearts which gives them a fear of not having enough love. Aces are insecure and need to give themselves love. Once they do this, they can line up their heart like a compass and thrive in relationships. This has also been a card that shows up when people are bi-sexual, and chose both sides of the spectrum. When you look at the pips on the 3 of Hearts, you can see that indecision expressed with the middle pip having the choose between either side. The goal here is to line up your heart like an arrow or heart compass.
5 of Hearts: The Restless Heart Card
The 5 of Hearts represents a restless and dissatisfied heart. The 5 is freedom loving and struggles with commitment and settling down. The 5 is an explorer and always looking for the next thing or the X on a map. Once they find that treasure, they are not satisfied and continue their journey. This makes relationships very hard for them! Additionally, the 5 energy has been associated with ADD behaviors. Psychotherapists who have used the cards in counseling have diagnosed their 5 Energy Clients with some of the same traits associated with ADD.
7 of Hearts: The fear of abandonment card
The 7 of Hearts generally must live with having a very happy and care free life lens, or a pessimistic life view. The 7 of Hearts struggles with a fear of abandonment as it also has a 7 of Diamonds in its Mercury position that gives them that cup half full or half empty mindset. This is also a card that often gets diagnosed as Bi-polar and displays manic behavior. They can be extremely high on life one minute and then extremely low. Remember the goal of the 7 is to fill up their cup with what they love to stay afloat.
9 of Hearts: The emotional loss and victim card
The 9 of Hearts is a spiritual card that must tap into a universal love approach. 9 of Hearts often feel like a victim when they travel down the emotional latter and are often diagnosed with depression. The 9 of Hearts struggles with its 7 of Clubs Mercury card which gives it an additional pessimistic view on things mentally. This is a card of emotional disappointments and they must work on climbing up the ladder of love which is represented by them giving the love they seek to receive.
Mental Health
2 of Clubs: The mental fear card
The 2 of Clubs is all about mental partnership, but it can also be a big fear card thanks to its Ace of Spades Karma Card. When they start to fear they begin to complain about the way things should be, and want to be right about their complaints. They can get addicted to complaining and arguing as a result of not accepting reality. The Ace of Spades Karma gives the 2 of Clubs a real fear of death. Sometimes that death is the death of a lifestyle or the way things are supposed to me in their mind. An out of balance 2 of Clubs will argue but also be too independent or dependent in mental partnerships. They should be seeking an interdependent and balanced partnership. When they look within (Ace of Spades) they can find the answer as to why they can’t accept reality and start to heal.
3 of Clubs: The Worry card
When we have the number 3 and clubs, you know there will be a certain amount of indecision around our thoughts. This indecision leads to worry and a lot mental energy that should be used creatively. The three is already out of balance, as it is not an even number. 3 is also a Gemini number which rules the brain through Mercury. And then you have clubs which rules the mind. So you have a very mental energy that needs to be used creatively or else they can become nutty and worry themselves sick.
4 of Clubs: The card of order
The Four of Clubs is the Virgo card in the deck. They like order, they like stability. Look at the Four of Clubs card, it creates a strong foundation of knowledge out of a box. Their decisions are rooted in security. These people are extremely detail oriented and may become too attached to things. They will do whatever they can to organize their environment. Oftentimes this four of Clubs energy can be seen in OCD behaviors. Order brings mental satisfaction for this card.
5 of Clubs: The restless mind and heart card
Much like the 5 of Hearts, the 5 of Clubs struggles with the explorer mentality and has a dissatisfied mind. In fact it’s the most dissatisfied mind in the deck. The 5 of Clubs has an extra tough time as its 1st Karma Card is the 5 of Hearts. So not only do they deal with a lack of mental satisfaction in their lifepath, they have the added dissatisfaction of heart matters as their Karma. As discussed with the 5 of Hearts, this card has ADD tendencies and is always seeking the treasure that just never seems to be enough once they find it.
7 of Clubs: The pessimist card
The 7 of Clubs can be a great optimist or a pessimist. There is usually no in-between here. Many 7 of Clubs are diagnosed with Bipolar disorder or get depressed. They need to actively stay aware of their thoughts and do things that give them a more positive mindset. Looking at the 7 of Clubs, they can be a spiritual teacher card and really find their success by taking a non-attached approach in all that they do. Once they can let go, they feel light and become enlightened.
10 of Clubs: The I can’t sleep at night card
The 10 of Clubs is a double 5 of Clubs in essence. So, recall that the 5 is a mentally restless or dissatisfied mind, and now double that. The result is a very over active mind that double crosses itself and can’t sleep at night. Despite that, 10 of Clubs Cards are usually very successful, especially in mind related fields. If you are playing a 10 of Clubs, it’s important to make space for your mind to take a break and have some space from overthinking.
Physical Health
3 of Spades: The hypochondriac card
The 3 of Spades has the same problems as the 3 of Clubs, they are easy to worry which causes them illness. The three is a Gemini number ruled by Mercury which rules our thoughts, and the three is out of balance already as it has indecision about health or a lifestyle. Add these two together and you get a card that thinks a lot or worries about their health! This is the hypochondriac card and also finds itself with hard to diagnose health issues. The secret for them is that the solution to their health lies outside of their mind, not further in their mind. When they give their attention to creative endeavors they can rid themselves of their perceived health problems. The best way for any three to channel their energy is in a creative way. This is the artists card, so engaging in art would be beneficial for these people.
6 of Spades: Health Karma Card
The 6 of Spades suffer from immediate health karma. This can be good or bad depending on the choices you make. Any person that is a 6 of Spades or has the 6 of Spades in a difficult position, such as their Saturn or Karma, will want to be cautious in their lifestyle and focus on their health. Overeating, drinking or not exercising have immediate consequences for this card. And that is really what the 6 represents, Karma, and since we are in spades here, it is Karma of our health. The 6’s also teach us responsibility. So, to overcome the health issues associated with this card, we can take responsibility for our health-related decisions and open our eyes up to what we have been blind to.
7 of Spades: The health issue card, and the card of accidents
The 7 of Spades is known as the accident card, or is accident prone when you see this card appear in your spread. In fact, many people get into accidents that hurt them or debilitate them physically - as Spades rule health/lifestyle. So, when this card does show up, we need to think about what we are truly attached to and shift our attitude or pivot our way of thinking about this ego driven attachment. You remember how the 7 energy can be bipolar or manic, and you could see why this could happen with a 7 of Spades after injury or accidents. The negative impact of the 7 changes when they shift or pivot their attitude and take a different approach to what they find as a limitation or problem. Take a look at the card below to see that pivot. It either goes backwards or forwards, there is no halfway. In some ways, 7s are a blessing in disguise as it helps us to become more successful than we could have imagined.
9 of Spades: The endings of lifestyle card
The 9 of Spades is one of the most feared cards in the deck! It is the ending of endings card. It is the death of a lifestyle, loss of an identity, it is an ending of some sort. It teaches us to let go of this attachment and open the door for something better to come. The 9 of Spades is like the other 9s where depression and suicide seem to come up as themes. This being a Spade, that influence might even feel more powerful. Remember, they can climb down the ladder into hell or climb up high to the heavens and be a universal giver of consciousness, health or even work related activities. At their worst, they can be dark and depressive, and higley cynical. Although there is a huge mental health aspect to this card, what it really asks us to look at is our diet, health, work or lifestyle. This is the Pisces card of the deck. Pisces is the last sign in the Zodiac and has a little bit of each sign within itself and can have an empathetic or uplifting impact on others by elevating our collective consciousness.
